Blue Silver brings the order to the door of your home with ELTA Courier, without being charged for shipping, if your order exceeds € 59.

For orders under 59 € the charge will be 5 €.

In case you choose a method of payment by cash on delivery, the charge will be 2 € extra for orders up to 59 €.

For orders over 59 € there is no extra cash on delivery charge.

In case you choose to pick up from one of our stores (16 Durrachiou in Sepolia) we will send you an sms on your mobile phone to let you know that your order is ready. Your order will remain in the store for 10 days before being canceled.

Return Terms:

1) Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date stated on the sales document.

2) In no case will a product be accepted which is not in its original condition. That is, the product must:

a) Not to have been washed

b) To have all its labels and

c) Its packaging has not been damaged

3) The product must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it, such as e.g. the ap. retail, the Delivery Note, etc.

Return procedure

-Contact us to clarify the details of the return.

-Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.

-Finally, in case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order, in view of the Returns Department. Otherwise you can use any agency you wish.

* Please note that the return costs are charged to the company only in case of our mistake or defective product! In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.

** The return process has an average duration of 5 working days.
